Quitting smoking is one of the hardest things to do. I know from first hand experience that no matter how much will power you may think you have actually being able to quit for good takes some help. Before I found the program I will show you in a minute I had tried every gum, patch and pill that there is one the market. Most just made me want to smoke even more or gave me some really weird dreams. I finally able to put them down for good a couple of years ago and man it feels great. I used to time everything out by how many cigarettes I would smoke. If I was driving to the store I knew it was two cigarettes, going to work was four, on the way home it was five because of traffic, commercial breaks while I was watching TV. was one and so on. What I never realized until I quit smoking was how much of an effect it was taking on me. I was always athletic and still felt to be in pretty good shape until I tried running after my dog who had gotten out. You would have thought I ran a marathon. I also never realized what it did to the appearance of my teeth. You get so used to seeing them everyday that you do not see the small changes in color. It wasn't until I looked at a close up picture from three years ago and compared it to a recent one that I saw the stain. The last thing and biggest one for me was I noticed how bad I smelled after I quit. I'm ho hypocrite and I will never be one of those ex smokers who can not stand to be around someone who is smoking but man did I smell. You literally smell like a ashtray. I never really noticed it before but now that alone is enough to keep me from going back. It has been over a year now and I have no plans to smoke again. I no longer have the urge I used to have after dinner or while having a beer. It was all about finding the right program. You can quit smoking. It will be a bit of a struggle but you owe it to yourself and your loved ones. Most people want to quit but are scared to really try. Are you scared? If you are you do not have to be anymore. This program is guaranteed to help you quit. It worked for me and I had tried them all. Click here for help.
